Welcome to Hope Kids

Parents, the Word God says that you are the primary spiritual leaders in your kids’ lives. It’s our mission at Hope Kids to assist you in discipling your kids to know and love Jesus.

HOPE Kids Classes Info

New to Hope Kids?

Please come to our Hope Kids Welcome Desk located in the church lobby and our team will be happy to help you check in your children and explain how it all works.

Who Can attend Hope Kids

Children from 4 weeks old to grade 5 are welcome.
Each school grade attends its own classroom.

Which Hope Kids Classes are Available?

All our classrooms from Nursery to Grade 5 are available during the 8:30 and 10:30AM services.
During the 12:30PM service, only our PreKindergarten to Grade 5 classrooms are open.

What Time Does Hope Kids Start?

Our teaching begins at the start of each service - 8:30AM, 10:30AM and 12:30PM. Therefore, we strongly recommend parents arrive 30 to 20 minutes prior to the start of the service so that their child is in the classroom on time and does not miss any of the worship and teaching.

Where Do I Go to Check In My Child?

If you have attended our church before and we have your child’s information in our database you are able to print off your child’s name tags and pick up tags by using the Self-Check-in stations which are available in the Hope Kids area.

We have self-check-in stations in the mezzanine, toddler ramp area, and walkers’ classroom. Parents just need to type in their phone number and select their child’s name then click the check-in button located at the bottom right-hand corner.

Classroom Capacities

Our desire is to never turn a child away. However, please note that each Hope Kids classroom has a child-to-worker ratio capacity set so when a classroom is full our Self-Check-in station will inform you and will not print a name tag. Remember to come early to get your child checked in.

How Not to Teach Your Kids the Bible

Nursery

Birth – Age 3

Our goal in this ministry is to help children, and families understand that Jesus needs to be the foundation for life from their earliest days. Children will see the love of Christ gently modelled through our Hope Kids Volunteers, who care for their needs by simply sharing God’s Word through the safe, fun environment where they play and learn.

Early Childhood

Junior Kindergarten – Grade One

Children in our early childhood programs will discover what the Bible says is the bedrock of our beliefs as followers of Christ. Your child will learn, worship, and explore in small and large group settings through relevant, purposeful, and engaging activities.

Grade School

Grade Two – Grade Five

Students in our grade school programs discover how and why they should build their lives on the Rock, Jesus Christ! Your child will learn about Jesus through the teaching of God’s Word, prayer, worship, and hands-on activities like games and crafts.

Accessibility

Hope Kids Accessibility aims to serve and support families in our church affected by disability. We are dedicated to supporting parents in ensuring that all children in our kids' program can easily access the message of Jesus. We provide a one-on-one buddy program during our 10:30AM service to ensure that every child in our Accessibility program is included in our Hope Kids classrooms.

Hope Kids Newsletter

This weekly newsletter highlights what your child is learning each weekend. It also provides a discussion prompt to help you connect with your child in conversation about what they are learning at church.
